This Privacy Notice explains how Europe Education Consultancy Services Ltd, (UIC Number: 204370554. Registered in Bulgaria, referred to below as EECS) processes your personal information where the latter is the data controller, and your rights in relation to the personal information. Our policy takes into account the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) and, with effect from 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). “Personal information” means information relating to you or another identifiable individual, submitted by each respective account, regardless of its type. By using and/or registering with the website, you consent to all terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy set out below. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use our products and services or provide EECS with your personal data.

When a user (stakeholders: student, advisor, university) creates a profile on Europe Education Consultancy Services Ltd portal, the user accepts that personal information will be stored on Europe Education Consultancy Services Ltd’s servers and that parts of this information could be shared with other stakeholders.

1.1.2 Information we collect about you

When you access our website, the web servers automatically create records of your visit. These records typically include IP-address, access times, the sites linked from (if any), pages visited, links and features used, the content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language and other such technical information. 1.2.1. Our services require an account in order to identify your role, as well as manage the information you upload or otherwise provide to the website/EECS. In respect to any and all information uploaded or otherwise provided to the website/EECS, you warrant that there is a duly obtained consent from the data subject whose information is being uploaded/provided. You are hence fully liable in respect to any claims that might arise in respect to the latter.

1.2.2 When you fill out ‘Work with Us’ or ‘Contact’ Us forms on our website; the personal information submitted by you is used solely for the purpose for which the form was filled.

1.2.3 Your Name and email: This information is used as your identity on the portal. The user's email address is also used to send emails to the user based on the information requested on the user's Dashboard, as well as notices relating to any changes to our services. We may also contact you in order to conduct market research.

1.2.4 Country: This information is used to generate a unique user ID for every user who creates a profile on the portal.

1.2.5 The information submitted by the user on the portal is used to interconnect the three stakeholders as and when needed to fulfil the purpose of student recruitment.

1.2.6. Devices, browsers and other software that you have already provided with consent to show customized content and advertisements based on your browsing and search history, may have access to certain information you exchange with EECS, for which the latter has no liability.

1.3 Sharing your information with third parties

1.3.1 We do not disclose or share your personal information for marketing purposes to any company outside the ones which are working with us for planning the event.

1.3.2. We may share your personal data with our affiliates or authorized third parties for the purposes of timely providing our services in the best possible manner.

1.3.3. We may be obliged by applicable mandatory provisions to disclose your personal information to certain authorities or other third parties in the countries where we or our agents operate. We may also disclose or otherwise use your personal data for the protection of EECS’ legitimate interests, should the latter be constituted a party to any legal proceedings.

1.4 Transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

We do not transfer personal information to any third party within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Since each account is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided through its use, we encourage you to regularly access your profile and maintain the details up to date, so we can provide the services requested without delay. 1.6 How long do we keep your information

We retain information for the period of event registration or membership which you have chosen until immediately after the event has been finalized or is necessary for financial requirement or our legal purposes or protecting our legitimate interests.

You have the right to withdraw consent at anytime, and to erase, restrict use of or modify your individual data from our records by sending us email request to Info@Europe-Education.com To receive information that we hold about you, an email request should be sent to Info@Europe-Education.com

Please be advised that deletion may have limited application, based on the fact that data processing is required in order to comply with different legal obligations, detailing data processing activities; for archiving purposes of national importance, or for the purposes of scientific/historic research or investigation, or statistical purposes, as well as in relation to any court proceedings, to which EECS is constituted as a party or is otherwise involved.

1.7 Safeguarding your personal information

We take appropriate steps to address online security, physical security, risk of data loss and other such risks taking into consideration the risk represented by such data processing and the nature of the data being used and protected under the highest standards for the successful provision of our services. We limit access to our databases containing personal data to authorized persons and university representatives, who have justified grounds to access and process this information in order to reach clear predetermined goals.

1.8 Data Protection Officer

For the purposes of ensuring full compliance with the GDPR, EECS has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), assigned with the duty to maintain high level of expertise in the applicable data protection legislation, bylaws and other regulations, including the GDPR, and related thereto national legislation. The DPO is responsible for monitoring and communicating any data protection issues to the relevant Data Protection Authority, and to report regularly to the manager of the company. Europe Education Consultancy Services Ltd. hereby declares that the DPO does not carry out activities which do or may result in a conflict of interest, has a good legal standing and relevant knowledge to hold the appointed office.
